Exercise is very important during pregnancy. There are numerous benefits for a physically active woman.
Exercise during pregnancy is good for heart and toning up of muscles. It also boosts the energy level. It is important to do exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday. It can induce good sleep and ease pregnancy. However if the pregnant woman has any problems like vaginal bleeding or blood pressure then it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Mild aerobics is a good exercise for pregnant woman. This relieves stress in the joints. The pregnant woman can avoid jumps, leaps and high kicks. It is advisable to consult a physical trainer in these aspects, who can help the expecting mother.
Simple stretching exercises, yoga, dancing and swimming are recommended. Exercises help in increasing the blood and reducing body pain and cramps.
There are other conditions like cardiac arrhythmia, bleeding that prevent pregnant women from doing exercises. It is better to avoid exercise if she feels short of breath or dizziness. Baby and mother are interdependent, so it is better to be careful.
